Hello, Please help me to find out regarding cost of per emlpoyee for a paticular job they done.?
Like they are getting salary, bonus, phone, computer, desk, place for sitting in office, electricity, TA bill, office uniform, etc.
Please advice me how to present this all expenses in professional way so that I can get the result for a particular job done by them?
For the purpose of determining cost per employee, system of cost centres is designed in which per employee cost as well as return can be derived. But the system is tedious to handle manually and often desired result can not derived. For the purpose obtainig good result some sort of computer program can be used. You may get a software developved as per your requirement or may use some readymade program. One such program widely used in market is Tally Accounting Software which consists of system to work out per employee cost.
