What to wrap my hands with for UFC gloves?
I am getting into MMA training and I recently bought some Official UFC Fighting Gloves, and I started to hit the bag and I really beat up my hand, and had glove burn and my knuckles were rubbed raw, and around my wrist by my thumb, when I rotate my hand the glove wrap digs into my wrist and it is very uncomfortable, I noticed that the MMA fighters wrap their hands, but I don't know what they wrap their hands with. So if someone could tell me what they wrap their hands with I would really appreciate it
NO MMA fighter hits the bag with MMA Gloves its stupid to.
They only fight with mma gloves on.
What you want to do is buy some hand wraps online or from a sports shop
look on youtube how to wrap them on your hands
Buy some 14-16oz boxing gloves
then hit the bag
you wont feel a thing.
doing what you are doing you could easly injure your wrist and knuckles.
sorry to say this but you wasted your money on those gloves
and by the way your talking it sounds like you havnt actually trained at a mma gym you are just trying at home.
you will never get good at mma at home you NEED to learn at a gym.
