Kickboxing Heavy
Good cardio work out for full contact kickboxing?
wath do you guys tink as for cardio work out not counting the 5 days aweek training (martial arts).
i have 2 days open where i do weight lifting and cardio(+- 30min cardio)
How should i fill up the cardio part
I was tinking about running,rope skipping,heavy bag work out?
some ideas would be ( 1 of those as cardio):
1) 30 min running
2) 30 min rope
3) 20min rope jumping + 10 min heavy bag
4) 10 min rope + 10 min running (sprints) + 10 heavy bag
5) any other?
Kickboxing fights are 3 x 2 min.
Because it is only 3 x 2 min it's better to not focus on long endurance cardio but more on shorter , higher intensity cardio work outs?
i would say 10 mins sprints, 15 mins rope skipping and 15 mins heavy bag. tone ur body by conditioning also will help u get used to the punch and spar with your friends. when i say spar, i meant full contact. spar with different people and try not be nervous.
