All White

Why are there white spots all over my driveway?
I have no tree in my front yard or anything. We are having a fence put up but the gas company already came to mark on the cement where the gas line is. So the white spots wouldn't have anything to do with that right? It rained and they didn't really fade away.
It's excess calcium hydroxide present in the concrete which is exposed to water over a long period of time which causes white streaks on the surface.
