Will a father have to pay back child support if the child is adopt?
He is behind 38,000 in child support .He wants my husband to Adopt the child. Will he still have to pay the back support?
IN Florida he might not, years ago a buddy of mine adopted his wife's kids and the child support stopped, you might as well do it if he is 38,000 behind he will never pay you anyway, worry more about the kids less about the money, if it would make the kid more happy then let him adopt
