DOES BOXING HAVE THE BEST HANDS IN MARTIAL ARTS, AND DOES TKD HAVE THE BEST KICKS?
This is not really a cut-and-dry question - there is no simple answer. My advice would be to look at the way pro MMA fighters train.
Western Boxing is probably the best martial art for developing strikes with the hands for MMA.
As far as kicks go, no martial art really rivals Muay Thai for MMA competition.
